Blind justice?

So a blind person – on a pedestrian crossing – is mown down and, as a result of his injuries, dies.

But because the person who mowed him down was a cyclist, it’s classed as ‘accidental death’?

Well that’s alright then.

One Response to Blind justice?

  1. Keith says:

Supposing the blind pedestrian was on the pavement and the cyclist was as well, would that be classed as accidental death, or misadventure? All the cyclists here ride on the pavement at high speed, because it’s too dangerous for them to ride on the road. The police turn a blind eye to it!
