{"id":11250,"date":"2016-02-23T20:51:34","date_gmt":"2016-02-23T20:51:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=11250"},"modified":"2016-02-23T20:51:34","modified_gmt":"2016-02-23T20:51:34","slug":"blogathon-2316-filteringmaking-progress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=11250","title":{"rendered":"Blogathon 23\/16: Filtering\/Making Progress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While I sit here, wishing that I&#8217;d been out on two wheels this evening, instead of at the local Girl Guides meeting, I&#8217;ve been motorcycling vicariously.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot of that going on in this house, right now.<\/p>\n<p>For example, I&#8217;m currently reading\u00a0Jeremy Kroeker&#8217;s &#8216;Motorcycle Therapy&#8217; rider.<\/p>\n<p>It just makes me more aware (which, I suppose, you might argue does make me a better-equipped rider, but that&#8217;s not necessarily a &#8216;better&#8217; rider).<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve ridden with the rozzers (and been trained by serving and retired rozzers), and I&#8217;ve seen how they legitimately, and routinely, use the road in ways that &#8216;ordinary&#8217;
