If I’ve given you the impression that any of this has been easy, I’ve accidentally misled you.<\/p>\n
We’re only at day seven of the challenge, and some of these choices have been very difficult.<\/p>\n
This is the most difficult.<\/p>\n
It has been almost impossible to pick a song that I can dance to because, despite a smattering of mediocre musical ability, I dance like a fish that has accidentally flopped itself out of the water and on to the riverbank.<\/p>\n
I sort of flop around a bit, in random bursts of rhythm and shapes, then I lie there, gasping for a bit, and then I die.<\/p>\n
Well not actually die, but the rest of that sentence is, broadly speaking, accurate.<\/p>\n
I have, however, successfully completed ‘the slow dance’ on several occasions without actually falling over and gasping for air.<\/p>\n
So I was going to cop out slightly, and choose as my ‘song that I can dance to’, a slow dance classic (Hazel O’Connor, Will You), and then yesterday my iPod served up the one and only tune in my 7,000+ song library that anyone can dance to like a flopping around lunatic,\u00a0and be thought of as completely normal!<\/p>\n
