It’s been one of ‘those’ occasions this evening.<\/p>\n

You know the ones.<\/p>\n

The secretive, indulgent, pleasure-filled moments.<\/p>\n

When you get home before your other half.<\/p>\n

And you’re going to do ‘that thing’.<\/p>\n

Illicit thing.<\/p>\n

That thing that you’re not supposed to do.<\/p>\n

I’m not supposed to do.<\/p>\n

Because if I got caught it would be very embarrassing.<\/p>\n

But this evening, because I can, I’m going to do it anyway.<\/p>\n

And to hell with the consequences.<\/p>\n

I slip my trousers off, just to get comfortable.<\/p>\n

Get in to the mood.<\/p>\n

Excitement mounting, I’m keen to get started.<\/p>\n

Need to be finished and cleaned up before anyone else gets home.<\/p>\n

So excited!<\/p>\n

Shall I do it standing up?<\/p>\n

Or sitting down?<\/p>\n

I get everything ready and opt to sit down.<\/p>\n

Hands shaking.<\/p>\n

Eight minutes later and I’m finished.<\/p>\n

Done.<\/p>\n

Replete.<\/p>\n

I’d like another, but I can’t.<\/p>\n

I’m done.<\/p>\n

Quickly now I have to tidy up before anyone else gets home.<\/p>\n

Just in time, I’m finished, as the front door opens.<\/p>\n

I’ve got away with it.<\/p>\n

Except I haven’t.<\/p>\n

Half an hour later the accusations start.<\/p>\n

‘There were much more Cheerios left when we went out this morning!’<\/p>\n

I shrug.<\/p>\n

‘And where’s all the chocolate milk gone?’<\/p>\n

I smile, and shrug again.<\/p>\n

Busted.<\/p>\n

‘You’d better eat all your tea!’<\/p>\n
