The BMW S1000RR. The Ducati 1199 Panigale. And the Kawasaki ZX10R.<\/p>\n<p>These are the top five vying for prime bragging rights.<\/p>\n<p>So if you lined up, five un-racetuned, street-legal, ordinary, everyday bikes &#8211; one of each of the above makes and models &#8211; and put professional riders on them&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Well, that would be the ultimate race, wouldn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n<p>But then you have to ask yourself where do you stop the race?<\/p>\n<p>50mph?<\/p>\n<p>70mph?<\/p>\n<p>120mph?<\/p>\n<p>What about 300kph?<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s 186mph.<\/p>\n<p>That would really be a race, wouldn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n<p>First to 300kph?<\/p>\n<p>And the winner would surely have the ultimate bragging rights?<\/p>\n<p>Well, someone&#8217;s staged just such a race&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>And the winner is&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4Q_EKDnruf4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Well, I&#8217;m not going to spoil it for you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Everyone likes a race.
