‘I’ve been paying attention to other things’, is one of the early sentences a new character (Ainsley Hayes) opens up with in Season 2 of The West Wing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Echoing Ainsley Hayes, I too have been paying attention to other things. I have not been paying attention to this Facebook page. I’m sorry about that. Let’s have a quick look at what I’ve been paying attention to, instead of pumping out social media updates here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first thing I’ve been up to is I’ve added a bunch of new functionality to my website<\/a>. There’s a writing blog where I talk about where my writing, and where my thinking about writing is. There’s a newsletter for updates which will be sparing, and will be focussed on my writing, rather than on things around the edges (such as the writing blog).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second thing I’ve been up to is I’m going to republish Tempest with some content improvements and a new ISBN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third thing (good grief, there’s more?) is I’ve finished writing the second novel in the Tempest series. I’m aiming Storm for publication in early January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fourth thing (give it a rest, will you?) is that I’ve been working on the third novel in the series. I have draft writing and publication schedules for the fourth in the series which I’m working to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
