* Drove The Lovely S to work, then to the yard<\/p>\n
* Groomed\u00c2\u00a0Beech then turned him out in a very small paddock<\/p>\n
* Got Vin in, groomed him, tacked him up (dressage saddle)<\/p>\n
* Schooled Vin (flatwork concentrating on transitions and balance for tomorrow’s competition)<\/p>\n
* Untacked, groomed then turned him out<\/p>\n
* Cleaned his bridle<\/p>\n
* Cleaned his dressage saddle<\/p>\n
* Cleaned his show-jumping saddle, then<\/p>\n
* Retired to the horsebox living accommodation with a hot chocolate and a good book<\/p>\n
* Fell asleep<\/p>\n
* Woke up after 45 minutes<\/p>\n
* Drank cold hot chocolate<\/p>\n
* Got Beech in, groomed him again<\/p>\n
* Came home<\/p>\n
* Got changed<\/p>\n
* Made hot chocolate and a sandwich<\/p>\n
* Sat on the couch to read<\/p>\n
* Fell asleep (again)<\/p>\n
* Woke up<\/p>\n
* Drank cold hot chocolate (IYSWIM) and ate sandwich<\/p>\n
* Washed up<\/p>\n
* Went shopping at Morrisons<\/p>\n
* Drove to The Lovely S’s workplace, picked her up<\/p>\n
* Drove home<\/p>\n
* Prepared tea<\/p>\n
* Cooked tea<\/p>\n
* Loaded the OU software on my laptop<\/p>\n
* Served, ate, washed up and now I’m sitting here<\/p>\n
* Watching the hilariously deluded and sadly talentless in the first round of The X Factor<\/p>\n
* Too tired to move<\/p>\n
* Wondering why I’m so tired these days.<\/p>\n

The Lovely S has just come in to the lounge.<\/p>\n
Wearing one of my shirts and nothing else.<\/p>\n
Starting to feel perky again.<\/p>\n
