I went to the osteopath yesterday morning, just for a check-up. It’s been about ten years since I last had such a check.<\/p>\n
At the end of the session and after a few minor adjustments the osteo sounded surprised when she said she found little wrong – especially given the leg injuries and all of the operations that my left leg has incurred.<\/p>\n
But, weirdly, my body started to twinge last night as the minor adjustments began to take effect.<\/p>\n
This morning my arms, shoulders and knees ached like hell. But I feel better for it, and I’m definitely moving more fluidly than I am used to.<\/p>\n
On Friday morning the osteopath is coming in to the yard to ‘do’ the horses.<\/p>\n
