{"id":447,"date":"2008-03-24T18:31:40","date_gmt":"2008-03-24T18:31:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=447"},"modified":"2008-03-24T21:17:00","modified_gmt":"2008-03-24T21:17:00","slug":"really-scary-stuff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=447","title":{"rendered":"Really scary stuff"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t know whether I&#8217;m in conspiracy theory mode or if I&#8217;m just pointing out a very <em>peculiar<\/em> product but&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a toothbrush on the market that plays music to the toothbrusher (toothbrushee?).<\/p>\n<p>But the music isn&#8217;t played through an external loudspeaker.<\/p>\n<p>Instead the music is made &#8216;audible&#8217; through contact\/vibration with the toothbrusher&#8217;s (toothbrushee&#8217;s?) teeth.<\/p>\n<p>Does anyone else find this scary?<\/p>\n<p>A toothbrush transmitting inaudible messages straight to the user&#8217;s &#8216;ear&#8217;?<\/p>\n<p>Is this the leading edge of subliminal advertising?<\/p>\n<p>Could <em>your<\/em> electric toothbrush be sending <em>you<\/em> inaudible messages to buy (or not buy) a certain product?<\/p>\n<p>Scary?
