It was about 11.15 when I went to bed last night.<\/p>\n

Fast asleep by 11.30.<\/p>\n

Wide awake at 12.15, knowing that something – not sure what, but something – was very wrong.<\/p>\n

With me.<\/p>\n

Lay in bed for half an hour.<\/p>\n

Started shaking.<\/p>\n

Tiptoed out of the bedroom and just made it to the downstairs loo.<\/p>\n

Started throwing up.<\/p>\n

That was about 12.45am.<\/p>\n

Stopped throwing up about 2am.<\/p>\n

Started throwing up about 2.15am.<\/p>\n

Stopped throwing up about 3am.<\/p>\n

Had a shower.<\/p>\n

Went to bed.<\/p>\n

Got straight up again.<\/p>\n

Back downstairs, dry retched for about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Went for a walk.<\/p>\n

4.30am, got back in to bed.<\/p>\n

5.15, alarm went off.<\/p>\n

I’m not sure how I managed to drag myself down to Chippenham for a meeting on-site.<\/p>\n

I’m not sure how I managed to keep myself going for the day.<\/p>\n

I’m very uncertain how I managed to get back home.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow I have to drive a 200-mile round-trip; I have a bunch of meetings in the Salisbury area.<\/p>\n
