{"id":58,"date":"2007-07-02T04:46:48","date_gmt":"2007-07-02T03:46:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=58"},"modified":"2007-07-02T04:46:48","modified_gmt":"2007-07-02T03:46:48","slug":"last-night","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=58","title":{"rendered":"Last night&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WTF?<\/p>\n<p>I woke up this morning &#8211; ten minutes before the alarm &#8211; feeling as though I&#8217;d run a hard road race yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Except I hadn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>My calves ache, my legs are a little stiff and I have that tightness across the small of my back that I usually get the day after five miles of roadwork.<\/p>\n<p>But the most strenuous thing I did yesterday was, erm&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nada.<\/p>\n<p>I wish I knew what my psyche put my body through while I&#8217;m asleep.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d really like to know how I can feel this ropey after a good night&#8217;s rest!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Brennig<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WTF?
