<\/a><\/p>\nI had heard very good things about justhost.com’s prices, seen positive reviews of their level of service and read strong articles about both their amazing uptime and also their customer-focussed support levels.<\/p>\n
As I have an interest in the webshosting game, I moved three of my domains over to justhost.com, to experience first-hand, what they were like.<\/p>\n
The simple fact that last night I migrated the last of the three domain names back to *my* hosting company says it all.<\/p>\n
Justhost.com’s uptime and service levels are beyond diabolical. And, when you have the nerve to contact them just to tell them that a domain has dropped out, you will hear nothing from them, for up to 12 hours.<\/p>\n
Then you might, if you are lucky, get an email from their support, but it won’t give you any information. Oh no, it will ask you for the domain name (which you put in the subject of the ticket you raised – and which you also put in the body of the support ticket that you raised).<\/p>\n
This isn’t a one-off.<\/p>\n
In the few months that I had three domains with justhost.com, I have raised a staggering thirty-five support tickets, all for uncreachable domains (websites down).<\/p>\n
Thirty five.<\/p>\n
I would not recommend justhost.com as a service provider\/webhost to my very worst enemy.<\/p>\n
And justhost.com’s unhelpful ‘support’ service are beyond a joke; they’re like they are out of some kind of acid-headed Marx Brothers comedy.<\/p>\n
So if you’re looking for a good webhosting company, do not, under any circumstances, consider justhost.com. Despite their shiny website and attractive graphics, they are completely shit.<\/p>\n
