Yesterday, whilst having breakfast, I heard it twice on the music system in the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a catchy little tune, and Gotye (real name\u00a0Wouter De Backer), has a stunning voice that is strongly reminiscent of the early Peter Gabriel.<\/p>\n<p>Kimbra, (the New Zealand singer\/songwriter who provides the combination second voice\/backing vocal on the track) has gorgeous soft\/hard\/soft vocal qualities, and a lovely pitch.<\/p>\n<p>But as the Gotye\/Kimbra version is being so well-promoted throughout the planet, and so widely-received by the mainstream media, I would like to share a different version of the song with you (h\/t to @bravenewmalden\u00a0for the pointer).<\/p>\n<p>This version is by a band called Walk Off The Earth and features all five members of the band playing one guitar.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>p.s.
