{"id":7949,"date":"2012-07-08T20:37:59","date_gmt":"2012-07-08T19:37:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=7949"},"modified":"2012-07-08T20:38:54","modified_gmt":"2012-07-08T19:38:54","slug":"torn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=7949","title":{"rendered":"Torn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is 8.15pm and I am in bed.<\/p>\n<p>I have had, frankly, a lovely weekend; I can&#8217;t tell you about too much of it, I&#8217;m under contract not to.<\/p>\n<p>Amongst the many and varied Saturday activities I managed to complete, that I can discuss,\u00a0I bought a new pair of motorbike trousers.<\/p>\n<p>[astonished voice]<br \/>\n<strong>Have you seen the price of a set of motorcycle leathers?<\/strong><br \/>\n[\/astonished voice]<\/p>\n<p>Also, I got this weekend&#8217;s show out. There has been a bit of an ahem hiatus in producing the podcast.<\/p>\n<p>But that&#8217;s only because I have a life.<\/p>\n<p>Today I dozed through most of the British Grand Prix. I also spent a fair lump of time looking for a software installation disc. Which I found, in the loft.<\/p>\n<p>A couple of hours looking for a disc, 15 minutes to install it? This ratio is wrong, obv.<\/p>\n<p>So I am reorganising things; I am going to create a proper software library.<\/p>\n<p>The law of sod will prevail, of course. I will probably never need to look for a software installation disc again.
