This morning, at 6.30am (dark, touch of fog), on an unlit rural road at 50mph I hit this with my front nearside wheel.<\/p>\n

Actually I didn’t hit that. That’s what it looked like after being hit with my front nearside wheel at 50mph.<\/p>\n

Don’t ask what happened to my car, the insurance people said I shouldn’t show you the mess that happens when a car loses all steering at 50mph on a bend, straightlines the bend and tries to mate itself with a signpost.<\/p>\n
