In fact I&#8217;m very good.<\/p>\n<p>But if you&#8217;re expecting something with more weight and more value than this meaningless claptrap, then sadly you are going to be disappointed.<\/p>\n<p>This is a weekend of full-on, high-octane, 100mph&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Rest.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s going well so far:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Woke up at 7am (no alarm set)<\/li>\n<li>Had breakfast in bed<\/li>\n<li>Got up<\/li>\n<li>Slung a load of laundry in the machine<\/li>\n<li>Threw chemicals down the toilet<\/li>\n<li>Washed up<\/li>\n<li>Showered<\/li>\n<li>Shaved<\/li>\n<li>Dressed<\/li>\n<li>Exchanged many text messages with three people<\/li>\n<li>Drove to Sainsbury&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Shopped (got the car washed and waxed while I did)<\/li>\n<li>Came home<\/li>\n<li>Put the shopping away<\/li>\n<li>Unpacked the washing machine<\/li>\n<li>Hung the laundry up to dry<\/li>\n<li>Exchanged many text messages with two people<\/li>\n<li>Got the Bandit out<\/li>\n<li>Dressed appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Cruised around the locale<\/li>\n<li>Stopped for hot chocolate<\/li>\n<li>Cruised some more<\/li>\n<li>Came home<\/li>\n<li>Put the Bandit away<\/li>\n<li>Had a glass of fruit juice<\/li>\n<li>Exchanged many text messages with one person<\/li>\n<li>Showered (undressed first, obv)<\/li>\n<li>Shaved (again)<\/li>\n<li>Dressed (different clothes, obv)<\/li>\n<li>Ate lots of healthy food (milk chocolate raisins are part of my five-a-day, yeah?)<\/li>\n<li>And now I&#8217;m about to go out<\/li>\n<li>Take a leisurely drive all the way over there *points*<\/li>\n<li>There will be a takeaway and a DVD and a reasonably early night<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So you see, as Saturdays go, this one is ticking all the right &#8216;restful&#8217; boxes.<\/p>\n<p>How has yours panned out?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Erm, hi!
