{"id":91,"date":"2007-07-19T18:57:45","date_gmt":"2007-07-19T17:57:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=91"},"modified":"2007-07-19T19:04:20","modified_gmt":"2007-07-19T18:04:20","slug":"etty-cut-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brennigjones.com\/blog\/?p=91","title":{"rendered":"Etty-cut (up)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OK, I give in.<\/p>\n<p>Can you tell me?<\/p>\n<p>When did it become acceptable to cut across a lane of oncoming traffic and sit there &#8211; blocking\u00c2\u00a0the way &#8211; to wait\u00c2\u00a0for a gap in the other line of traffic?<\/p>\n<p>Huh?<\/p>\n<p>When?<\/p>\n<p>?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s made me chuckle a little.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s an item in today&#8217;s news that says that our MPs want the minimum driving age raised to 18 years.<\/p>\n<p>And yet I&#8217;ve been (<em>Hmm&#8230;\u00c2\u00a0I can&#8217;t say &#8216;cut up&#8217; because that would be incorrect so I&#8217;ll use the proper description<\/em>) forcibly blocked from proceeding in an unexpected\u00c2\u00a0manner that caused me to have to use severe braking and then had\u00c2\u00a0my journey halted three times today.<\/p>\n<p>Not by younger drivers.<\/p>\n<p>Middle aged drivers.<\/p>\n<p>Two females and one male.<\/p>\n<p>And not a boy-racer in sight.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Brennig<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OK, I give in.
