I don’t want rocket science. I just need someone to calculate and submit my quarterly VAT return, do the company returns and directors returns.

Well yes, I evidently am – or so the useless wankers who have been supposed to be carrying out these tasks would have it.
I’m reduced to fumbling through Yellow Pages unless anyone knows a good competent accountant who isn’t going to charge an arm and three legs for doing routine work?
I fired my accountant last week after they could not explain why they had hugely overcharged me for filing a simple set of company accounts.
I had a great accountant, but he sold his practice and emigrated to Australia for a quieter life 🙁
Sympathies! If I can’t get sorted and shift things along PDQ the IR is going to petition for a winding up order because of my useless accounting arseholes. 🙁
I’m happy being my own accountant…then the only person I have to blame is myself.
I’m quite happy with my work…I haven’t had to pay any taxes for 4 years. 😉
