The plan was a really early start from home this morning. Get onto the boat. Leave the marina about 10.00. Get out into the bay with a bunch (small flotilla?) of other yachts, and spend the morning racing against each other.
In the afternoon we were going to a sandy anchorage down on Anglesey, get on the beach, have a barbecue and maybe a glass of ale or two. Spend the evening and night on the boat, in the bay. Have breakfast aboard, and then take a leisurely cruise back to the marina.
Except the weather had other plans so none of that happened.
