Woot! Such excitement.
I put down my Porkless Pork Pie and Branston pickle and welcome the weary traveller.
He declines my offer of a warm drink. Instead he asks me to sign for a package and gives me a bunch of stuff, and then he’s gone.
The package is a present for Vin, the bunch of stuff is mostly Christmas cards; I shall leave them for Soph.
I take the BT bill, British Eventing Magazine and the January to April competition schedule for Allens Hill to the couch for a good read.
I’m so excited!
I never knew that having the postman deliver stuff could be so thrilling!
B.
you are seriously bored aren’t you?
Stone me! Just how dull is your day, today?
Hello LizSara! Hello Masher! Won’t you both come in and make yourselves comfortable? Can I get you something to drink? Tea? Coffee? Hot Chocolate? Something a little stronger? Glass of water? Anything? Anything at all? A book? Magazine? Foot rub? Anything???
How on earth do peeps endure less busy days as this, five or even seven days a week?
Mate – porkless pork pies??
There has got to be a more cullinary way of being vegetarian, surely?
Harry, I don’t know what it is about them. Maybe it isn’t them. Perhaps it’s just the Branston? 🙂
