As the hand of time meets the bottom of fate…
By the skin of my teeth (which is a particularly bonkers expression, given that teeth are coated in enamel and therefore have no skin), I am hurling myself into Young Masher’s Annual Blogathon Challenge Thing.
Topics will be not made of chocolate and will also not contain a hazelnut in every bite (Toby).
Ask your grandparents, kids.
But there shall be topics.
And they shall be interesting.
And informative.
Or my name’s not Stanisław Szczepanowski.
Which it isn’t.
Oh.
Erm.
I may be going to Poland.
To see a boat.
But that’s another conversation for another time.
I may also be going to Shanghai.
But that is also another conversation for another time.
I’m not sure what having all these other conversations for other times says about me, but I’m sure they say something.
Or they will do, when they arise, in the other time(s).
In the meantime, please sit back, buckle up (can you buckle up when you have sat back?) and enjoy the ride, for the 2018 Blogathon Challenge Thing is upon us.
May your favourite deity have pity on you.
Phew! The cavalry has arrived.
I wonder if the boat in Poland is something to do with your earlier post? If so it must be a damn good boat to go all that way.
A friend of mine bought a boat in Ireland, paid for it to go overland to Greece , and then when it got there he decided to bring it all the way back to the uk overland to sell it. Never touched water once!
Hi Dave. I wouldn’t say cavalry. More like a borderline eccentric on a hobby horse. However I am very annoyed that yesterday evening’s post didn’t publish itself. I can only assume it got caught on a nail in the back of the server. I’ll have to get a hammer and sort that out.
There will be more news on the Poland thing in due course
They have some nice boats in China, I bet.
A boat? In Poland? Have you won the pools? (ask your grandparents, kids)
I think the boats in China are a load of old junk. Probably. The first step to Poland is a trip dahn sarf tomorrow
