Most of these are fairly common/well-known, yes?
I’m not a superstitious person but I miss reading Private Eye. I used to subscribe to The Eye and contributed to the RB column in the 80s, but I had a really tragically bad run of luck. And arising from that time, there has been another instance of tragedy.
So it’s perfectly reasonable for me not to subscribe again, right?
