Blogathon 01/23: It’s out!

[gratuitous self-promotion klaxon]

I’m incredibly pleased to announce that – finally! – my second novel ‘Tempest’ is finished and is widely available in paperback.

Plus, in a stunningly technological nod to the 20th Century, the book is also available in ebook/Kindle format.

The cover blurb tells us:

Tempest is an action-packed adventure novel (with a hint of science fiction below the surface). You are the only person aware of a massive conspiracy, a plot so large people have been killed to keep it secret. Your closest family is among those lost. Only you can bring the criminals to justice. Would you do it? Against terrifying odds? While your enemy is trying to kill you first?

Tempest is the story of one person’s fight against a brutally cold, ruthless organisation that will stop at nothing to protect itself. Can you be cold and ruthless too?

The story begins in London, quickly shifts to Spain, then Brazil, then moves across the USA.

So there you have it. A couple of years hard labour (you don’t even get that for manslaughter these days, probably) and the book is roaming freely, just waiting to entertain or terrorise (delete as applic) a largely unsuspecting public. The book has started collecting some stunning reviews; the fact that anyone has enjoyed reading it is brilliant.

The good news is I’m going to take a few weeks off from writing. The bad news I have two ideas for new novels so…

  1. Congratulations!
I have almost finished reading my latest Chris Ryan – which I started reading in Monaco a couple of weeks back. I am such a slow reader, nowadays. Once I’ve finished it, maybe I’ll take a look at your new epic.
