My companions on the trip in this morning were three unshaven, unkempt, slightly fragrant Oxford University students. All male (just to be 100% clear about the unshaven comment). Farting and belching was had. Completely unattractive.
In the office this morning, to celebrate Comic Relief day, a number of my colleagues are wearing jeans and t-shirts, with two exceptions:
Exception 1: a guy who came in all the way from home in drag, complete with a long, black-haired wig. And fully made up. Gloss lipstick, if you’re interested. If there’s an office outing to the pub this evening he might get lucky! 🙂
Exception 2: those poor unfortunates (me!) who have meetings with ‘external’ people. That includes me. Boo! 🙁
In honour of the day one of the meeting rooms is temporarily serving duty as a cake room. I may have had some. The Lemon Drizzle Cake was delicious! And I only ate it – and the others – as a device to give money to a registered charity. Honest!
But it is Comic Relief day so please give generously (if you’re so inclined). And I hope your generosity is as favourably rewarded as mine.

Hmm isn’t that ‘Children In Need Day’ dear Bren? x *gets coat*
For some reason, none of your posts turned up on my bloglines this week, and then it had the exclamation mark on it saying it’s shut down! Luckily I came and had a look to see if you are still here! DAMN bloglines!
I did my bit by helping Pickle bake cakes for the fundraiser at school today, and gave them money to spend on it. I’m in tonight due to sickness….but I’m NOT gonna watch it on TV, bores the PANTS off of me!
