Moving home (probably)

But there’s no need to panic…

I’m so totally fed up with Servage (my hosting company) being unable to fix the RSS problem that they’ve created that I’ll probably be moving to another hosting company this week.

The domain name will be the same, the address for the blog will be the same and the RSS feed (ha!) will be the same. Except once the switch has been made it will suddenly start working again.

I’ve taken extensive backups which I should be able to import to the new host, and these backups will include the full history of this blog and the root website.

Once I’ve initiated the switchover this blog and the root website may be unavailable for up to 24 hours, but given Servage’s RSS fuck up, what’s new?

I’m so sorry that things have been screwed up by Servage. Normal service will resume as soon as possible.

B.

p.s. You should see what the new Podcast website is going to look like when it gets relaunched! Well yes, I suppose you will be able to see what the new Podcast website is going to look like when it gets relaunched, but that’s not quite what I was trying to say. 🙂
