Gosh it’s scary. Has it got any better since then? Pls be careful mate and look after your sweetheart 🙂

The good news is that most of the water has receded, the Fire & Rescue service have pumped out the High Street – but the road is still closed while they assess subsidence/slippage in houses, shops tc.
But the thing that got me really sad was that all the animals in a pet shop drowned.
