Despite some pretty shitty road traffic in both directions of the round trip, I had a very productive day on the boat:
- Sails off (and sent to the cleaner)
- The forward deck locker was cleared out (2x 5l containers of petrol, disposed of)
- The unexplained VHF antenna removed from the stern pulpit (after testing, obviously)
- The electrics/electronics control panel was inspected and measured for replacement
- The electrics/electronics control panel wiring was updated
- Port and starboard water tanks and pipework inspected (sound)
- Batteries measured and voltage-checked (both OK)
- New ensign fitted to the ensign staff
- Outboard motor teak mounting block was removed and brought home for treatment
