Webstuff

I have been a tad busy on a couple of website projects. Unfortunately they both happened at the same time and that meant awkward moments when it came to planning pre-deployment and deployment activities. But hey ho, these things are meant to try us (or some other equally trite expression).

I pulled the Fosseway Writers website away from WordPress.com and onto a self-hosted platform. I migrated all the content across, added a few bells and whistles and then set an auto redirect on the legacy wordpress.com address. The new website is here.

I gave the Save Tollerton Airfield website a major makeover then I built a ‘donate’ function (which caused me hours of grief) and created a document and image library. The new and improved website is here. BTW, I took that overhead shot of the airfield!

Anyway.

Now all I need to do is get some pressed men volunteers in each organisation to come up with content to keep the websites fresh and interesting.

    That’s the hard part!
