I took the Ninja our for a post-engineering trundle yesterday. The first stop was Chris Walker Kawasaki in Grantham where I enquired about nearly-new ZX10-Rs. They didn’t have any, though they had lots of smaller-engined machines (a Ninja 125, a Ninja 400, and a Ninja 600) which I sneered at. But they did show me the brand-spanking-new 2026 ZX10-R model. Hmmm. The jury is still out on shifting in that direction.
But, while I was there, I did spot this magnificent contraption:
Straight away, I thought of Chewie, my little faithful brown companion sitting beside me. Of course, he’d have to be dressed appropriately. And through the magic of technology, here is is:

But yes, I think you should get a Ninja with a sidecar attached: just think of how much stuff you’d be able to take home from Hamfest, this year.
Can ” the magic of technology” put Chewie in that yellow sidecar? It would look so cute!
As a baby I was transported in a little sidecar attached to my parents’ tandem…….or, ” long bike” if you have watched Small Prophets!
