This Reality – Podcast No 6

Episode 6 (33 minutes running time).

No contributions from other realities this week (shame on you folks! 🙂 ).

Introductions from Citronella and The Podfather himself, Adam Curry

Episode 6 was recorded in a dark and grey Worcestershire, England where the music tries to lift the weather-induced mood and the conversation just does its own thing.

Music:
Only the best band in the world to come out of Wales (ever!) – The Manic Street Preachers kicking serious arse with the totally dancetastic Autumn Song.

A belated birthday offering to a former colleague with Sudden Death (Hey Birthday Boy)

A really nice track from Mark Rudd – School Kids

Played out with Broadside (Just Say You Love Me).

  1. Well you start off badly by stating that MSP are THE best band to come out of Wales.
    Wrong.
‘Man’ are the best band to come out of Wales. Just thought you needed to get your facts right there 🙂

  2. chao0tic; that’s a common and easily made mistake. THE best band to come out of Wales (ever!) are the Manics. Followed by The Farm. Maybe The Super Furries next.

I have a row by email every now and then with a guy who went to my school, he’s the sound engineer for Stereophonics. He’s similarly misguided about how high they rate.

It’s subjective, that’s true. Except on this matter I’m right and everyone else is wrong.
    🙂
