  1. Jeez, yeh I know what you mean. Including that apostrophe surely means; ‘Parts for the part of a car?’

    Mind you, I had a mad moment with grammar recently. I am setting up a company that supplies furniture for children.

    I wasn’t sure whether the company name should be written as:

    Children’s Furniture Company

    Or

    Childrens Furniture Company.

    Which one would you say was correct? Ummmmmmm? eh?!

  2. Ah . . . the greengrocer’s apostrophe. Apple’s and lemon’s and orange’s. Or, is it the greengrocers’ apostrophe? I’m not sure it matters.

    Since apostrophes are used to denote missing letters, perhaps the bottom line should read (partially) wa’fuk?
